Choose useful questions
We focus on practical questions people actually face: what a claim means, whether evidence supports it, what the limitations are and what a reader can realistically do with the information.
Research before conclusions
Articles should be grounded in appropriate sources. Trending claims are not repeated as facts simply because they are popular.
Separate evidence from interpretation
We distinguish what research directly shows from our practical interpretation. Where evidence is mixed or limited, we say so.
Write for everyday readers
Clear language matters. We avoid unnecessary jargon, exaggerated certainty and fear-based framing.
Commercial independence
Advertising, sponsorships and affiliate relationships do not determine evidence ratings or editorial verdicts.
Corrections and updates
Material errors should be corrected transparently. Important evidence-led pages are updated when new information meaningfully changes the conclusion.
