TRANSPARENCY

Corrections Policy

Readers should be able to tell when meaningful information has changed.

Reporting an issue

If you believe a Fitness World article contains a factual error, use our Contact page and include the article title, the statement in question and a reliable source when possible.

How we review corrections

We review the challenged statement against the underlying sources and other relevant evidence. We distinguish factual errors from reasonable differences in interpretation.

Material corrections

When a correction meaningfully changes the understanding of an article, we update the page and its reviewed or modified date. Minor spelling or formatting fixes do not require a correction note.

Evolving evidence

A conclusion can change because better evidence becomes available. That is an update, not necessarily an original error. Our goal is to keep the practical conclusion aligned with the best information available.
